Your Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and operational implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Modules (Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession, Recruiting).
- Independently perform system configuration and customizing based on business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with HR business leads, IT teams, and external partners to gather and validate requirements.
- Translate business strategies into system processes and technical configurations.
- Support system governance, process harmonization, and user enablement initiatives.
- Continuously drive innovation, improvements, and optimization of SuccessFactors functionalities.
- In close collaboration with a colleague, you will contribute to the Solution Architecture for the Talent Suite, ensuring a holistic, scalable, and integrated system design across all modules.
- Be open to learn other HR Solutions (e.g. SAP HCM, SmartRecruiters) and contributing to broader transformation efforts.
