As Country Manager â Netherlands, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and technical leadership in one of AT-PACâs key European markets.
You will lead our established local team (currently 4 employees) across sales, operations, and technical functions, building on a strong existing customer base while accelerating market expansion.
Your focus will be on business development, strategic growth, and market leadershipâaiming to increase AT-PACâs market share and further strengthen its position in the Dutch industrial scaffolding sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute a growth-oriented sales strategy to expand AT-PACâs presence in the Netherlands.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and deal closures to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Represent AT-PAC at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to increase brand visibility.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to continuously refine the business strategy.
Leadership & Culture
- Foster an entrepreneurial and customer-centric culture within the Dutch organization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the local team (sales, operations, technical) to achieve defined business goals.
- Ensure a collaborative, performance-driven work environment that supports individual growth and collective success.
Operations & Compliance
- Oversee all operational activities to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable business processes.
- Collaborate closely with global support functions (Legal, Finance, HR) and shared service partners (e.g., Doka Netherlands) to align business practices and ensure smooth operations.
- Drive continuous improvement in local processes to support profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and reporting in alignment with regional and global objectives.
