Responsible for service review content and process and for meeting assigned sales targets.
Consult with each customer within two business days of service request completion via phone or Microsoft teams using Customer Portal ( Yourkonecraes.com)
Activities assigned to this role include estimating, completion of operative quotes and customer follow up on quotations, especially for screen and select customers and unassigned customers.
Reassign opportunities to other sales resources as appropriate. Develop competency and use processes and tools which are provided for this role.
Refer opportunities for other products to other salespeople by creating sales cases
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
Travelling to visit potential clients, , and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
Offering after-sales support services
Recording and maintaining client contact data
Complete sales administration responsibilities, including developing and maintaining account profiles, utilization of sales information system; timely sales information reporting; timely and accurate paperwork completion.
Achieve and continually build technical knowledge of products and services, technologies, operation and processes.
