About the Role:
You will achieve personal sales targets by selling assigned product range using technical, and customer knowledge to serve and assist customers by applying product solutions to their needs resulting in revenue generation
Main Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Sales Manager
- Accomplish standard sales functions.
- Prepare quotations and tenders, negotiate terms and conditions.
- Monitor completion of Project Specification Sheets (PSS) for each sales order to facilitate kick-off handover to Project Department.
- Collaborate with Product Management & Team and related party/department on customer's signed contract process.
- Document sales visits, quoted opportunities and project data in the Customer Relationship Management (Siebel) System, the Project Management and PROISO databases respectively.
- Conduct market researches whenever necessary to determine markets needs and to stay informed about new market developments and competitors' activities.
- Monitor the payment due dates for each account and thereafter follow up with customers.
- Maintain relationship with customers
- Achieve personal yearly budget based on company setup
- Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
