What you will be doing:
- Lead, manage, coach, and develop the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
- Oversee the day to day operations of multiple Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all areas.
- Personally lead and oversee F&B catering and high volume operations, maintaining a strong presence on the floor and ensuring operational excellence.
- Ensure all Food & Beverage outlets consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with luxury hospitality and brand standards.
- Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, productivity, and operational performance while ensuring compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and overall F&B performance.
- Take ownership of F&B financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and achieving departmental targets.
- Monitor food and beverage costs, labour costs, inventory, purchasing, and wastage to ensure effective cost management.
- Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Conduct regular operational and service inspections to ensure cleanliness, presentation, service standards, and brand compliance are consistently maintained.
- Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution and maintaining guest loyalty.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of Heartists.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement initiatives to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and financial results.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, food safety, and other applicable hotel standards and regulations.
- Lead by example, fostering a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven working environment.
