- You know Vienna – or you’re excited to discover it – and love sharing your favourite spots with our guests.
- You take care of reservations, invoices, payments and all the organisational bits and pieces that come with Front Office life.
- You work closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, F&B and all the other teams around the hotel.
- You keep a clear head when things get busy and focus on finding solutions.
- You help us maintain our standards without ever making our service feel standardised.
- Most importantly, you bring your own personality into every guest interaction and help create memorable stays.
