Supervise banquet operations before, during, and after events
Lead, brief, coach, and motivate the banquet team
Ensure seamless execution of meetings, weddings, conferences, and social events
Coordinate event setups, room layouts, table arrangements, equipment, and service requirements
Ensure all events are delivered in line with Novotel service standards
Coordinate closely with Culinary, Events, Stewarding, and other hotel departments
Monitor food and beverage service, presentation, timing, and quality
Welcome guests and respond promptly to requests, concerns, and special requirements
Conduct pre-event briefings and communicate event details, VIP requirements, and special arrangements
Monitor team grooming, service etiquette, cleanliness, and professional standards
Coach and develop team members through on-the-job training and constructive feedback
Monitor banquet equipment and inventory and report shortages, damages, or maintenance requirements
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards
