What you'll be doing
- Greet and assist customers, offering thoughtful furniture and design guidance based on their needs.
- Build genuine rapport with customers and deliver a high-touch, customer-first experience.
- Collect customer information, create draft orders, and ensure timely follow-ups to support conversion.
- Maintain Cozey’s visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization standards at all times.
- Develop strong product knowledge, understanding features, benefits, and use cases of each collection.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and key store KPIs.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, service standards, and store processes.
- (For select team members) Support opening and closing procedures and act as a floor lead when assigned.
We'd love to hear from you if you have
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- Strong customer-first mindset with a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with a wide range of customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing space.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable with physical aspects of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Interest or experience in furniture, home décor, or lifestyle retail is a strong asset.
- Previous experience opening or closing a retail store is an asset for team members taking on Key Holder responsibilities.
