What will you do?
· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including guest satisfaction, audit results, loyalty share, brand consistency, and topline drivers across our hotel portfolio in Europe & North Africa.
· Support quantitative and qualitative research projects, including competitive analyses.
· Visualize data through clear and compelling charts to communicate insights and support decision-making.
· Assist in the development of strategic business cases for Go-To-Market initiatives.
· Contribute to transversal projects such as Go-To-Market events and acceleration plans.
