The Learning and Development Manager works across the Believe Group in the Americas region, supporting Believe and a portfolio of subsidiary companies including TuneCore, Believe Music Publishing, Nuclear Blast America, and others. The position partners closely with regional and global teams, including a dotted-line relationship to the Central Learning & Development team based in Paris, France. Key offices include teams in US, Mexico and Brazil.
We are seeking a highly motivated Learning & Development Manager to design, implement, and scale impactful learning programs across Believe Americas. This role will drive employee growth, strengthen leadership capabilities, and enhance organizational performance.
The L&D Manager will partner closely with HR and business leaders to identify development needs, create targeted learning strategies, and deliver high-quality training experiences. This role also plays a key part in advancing talent management initiatives and fostering a strong learning culture across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with HR and business leaders to identify training needs and define learning objectives aligned with business priorities
Collaborate with the global Learning & Development team to adapt and deliver enterprise-wide programs regionally
Serve as a key stakeholder in talent management initiatives, including performance, growth, and leadership development
Design and develop engaging learning programs (in-person, virtual, and self-paced)
Deliver training using diverse methodologies to support different learning styles
Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve learning solutions
Partner with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance
Own L&D reporting and metrics across the Americas region; analyze program impact and effectiveness
Manage logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, tools, and participant experience
Plan and execute full team, department, or manager off-sites at least once per year
Stay current on L&D trends, tools, and best practices
Support additional learning and development initiatives as needed
