About the Position:
The Manager of Business Development is responsible for spearheading the growth initiatives
within the Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This role is responsible for identifying new business
opportunities, developing client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive
revenue and market expansion, as well as leading a team to achieve business objectives and foster
client engagement.

What You’ll Do:
Identify, assess, and prioritize new business opportunities aligned with the SBU’sstrategic goals
Establish and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, including keydecision-makers and executive-level stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and support the business development team to achieve sales targets andprofessional growth.
Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence, secure new accounts, anddrive revenue growth.
Oversee the negotiation and closing of business deals, ensuring favorable terms andcompliance with SBU objectives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy, identify trends, andadapt approaches to market conditions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business developmentefforts with other departments and overall company objectives.
Implement and optimize processes for business development operations to enhanceefficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and report on business development performance, including sales metrics, clientfeedback, and market trends.
Perform other related tasks as required, including occasional travel to client sites andindustry events.
What You’ll Bring:
Four years of experience in business development, with a demonstrated history of successin leading teams and driving growth; prior experience in healthcare staffing or consulting services preferred.
Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization.
Grasp the external political, economic, competitive, and socialfactors affectingthe industry.
Affect or change others' positions and opinions.
Engage others for input, contribution, and shared responsibility foroutcomes.
Reach mutually satisfying agreements and compromises.
Present self as a positive representative of the organization.
Establish rapport and maintain mutually productive relationships.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 Annually
