About the Position:
Epic Staffing Groupis looking for a(an)Marketing Automation Specialist responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing automated email and SMS campaigns that nurture, engage, and convert candidate and client audiences. This role oversees the design of multi-step workflows and reactivation journeys, ensuring all communications are accurately tracked, attributed, and reported across marketing platforms. The Marketing Automation Specialist partners with cross-functional marketing and operations teams to maintain data integrity, consistency, and alignment with overall business and campaign objectives. This position follows a night shift schedule and operates under a remote work setup, with some days required on-site.

What You'll Do:â
Own the full lifecycle communication strategy across email and text messaging channels, including campaigns that drive nurturing, onboarding, reactivation, and retention
Design and implement automated workflows and triggered communications that move leads and prospects efficiently through the marketing funnel.
Establish and maintain tracking and attribution frameworks to ensure accurate measurement of engagement and conversions.
Collaborate with cross-functional marketing partners to confirm that tracking, forms, and integrations function properly across all systems.
Develop, test, and refine personalized and dynamic content to enhance message relevance and audience engagement.
Oversee daily email and text operations, including campaign setup, list management, scheduling, and execution.
Align lifecycle initiatives with overall lead generation and content strategies to maintain cohesive messaging across channels.
Partner with marketing leadership to develop reporting dashboards that measure campaign effectiveness and conversion performance.
Analyze campaign results to generate insights and recommendations for optimizing funnel performance.
Conduct testing to continuously improve campaign productivity, deliverability, and engagement.
Monitor program outcomes and adjust strategies to enhance overall effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing automation tools and lifecycle campaign setup processes.
Manage audience lists and segmentation across multiple systems to ensure accurate targeting and messaging.
What You Bring:
Three years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or marketing automation campaign management.
Strong understanding of email and SMS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Customer.io, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent).
Experience implementing UTM tracking, tagging, and attribution within campaign workflows.
Knowledge of CRM/ATS data flow and reporting alignment for campaign performance measurement.
Experience with dynamic content, segmentation, and audience personalization.
Basic familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or other reporting platforms preferred.
Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the English language as required for effective performance of job duties.
Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and jobâs impact to the organization.
