Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) SpecialistAbout the Role:
The Automation CoE Specialist serves as a central IT resource responsible for accelerating business automation andlowācodesolution delivery using Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Forms, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Power BI.
This is a global role that supports aselfāserviceautomation model by coaching and enabling business teams, providing solution architecture andbestāpracticeguidance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring all solutionscomply withestablished governance and standards.
While most solutions are developed by business teams, the Automation CoE Specialist will also design and deliverendātoāendautomation solutions directly whenrequired, particularlyhighāpriority,timeāsensitive, orcrossāfunctionalinitiatives. In addition, this role supports the M365 and Power Platform helpdesk/ticket queue,assistingwith incident resolution, service requests, andendāuseradoption queries.

Solution Development (asneededforprioritywork)
Design anddeliverautomationsolutionswhenbusinesspriority,complexity,orurgencyrequiresITownership.
