As the Manufacturing Manager, you play a pivotal role in overseeing manufacturing operations within our brand-new factory in Johor Bahru, Malaysia with your key responsibilities drives operational excellence, safety, quality, delivery, cost and team performance while coordinate with various departments such as warehouse, supply chain, manufacturing engineering and quality scaling manufacturing capabilities to support growth, margin expansion, and customer commitments.
The Manufacturing Manager is expected to serve as a leader, strategist, problem-solver, and continuous improver driving the product lines towards achieving its manufacturing goals while upholding quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic and Leadership:
Define manufacturing, capacity planning, andmanpoweroptimization strategy aligned with business growth and product roadmap
Translate demand plans into executable manufacturing plans aligned with customer delivery commitments.
Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, teamleads,andtechnicians.
Support manager in setting manufacturing KPIs, targets, and continuous improvement roadmap.
Act as manufacturing interface to management, operations reviews, and audits
EndâtoâEnd Manufacturing Operations Ownership:
Lead dayâtoâday manufacturing operations ina CleanRoom environment, including sub-assembly, assembly, integration, testing, burn in, inspection and packing offinishedproducts.
Drive 5M + 1E readiness to support manufacturing plans and proactively resolve blockingissues.
Ensure adherence to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost priorities across all manufacturing areas.
Inventory Management & Accuracy:
Own overall inventory accuracy and drive cycle counting strategy, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Manage aging, excess, and non-conformance inventory with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain.
Ensure 100% traceability for serial & lotâcontrolled inventory and own effective use of ERP for inventory transactions.
Quality, Compliance & Audit Readiness:
Ensure compliance with ISO / customer quality requirements, SOPs & QMS procedures, POR, ESD, EHS, regulatory, statutory, and company safetystandards.
Leadmanufacturing team in supporting internal, customer and regulatory audits and own manufacturingârelated NCRs, CAPAs, and preventive actions.
Maintain complete document control.
CrossâFunctional Coordination:
Partner closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations Program Management teams to ensure manufacturability, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.
Partner with Quality and Engineering teams to resolve nonâconformances, improve firstâpass yield and drive engineering changes implementation.
Act asan escalationpoint for manufacturing risksimpactsin achieving adherence to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost priorities across all manufacturing areas.
Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence:
Lead Lean / 5S / Kaizen initiatives within manufacturing.
Apply improvement methods and tools defined to reduce waste, improveefficiency,and increase overall productivity.
Foster Continuous Improvement Culture within manufacturing.
Safety & Risk Management:
Enforce manufacturing operations with material handling safety, forkliftoperationsand hazardous material requirements where applicable.
Conduct risk assessments, mitigation plans, enforce incident reporting and corrective actions.
Maintain a strong safety culture withinthe manufacturingteam.
Performance Management & Reporting:
Own and drive manufacturing metricsetsincluding safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and inventory.
Conduct regular operational and issue review and preparing managementreports.
Own people management including recruiting, developing, evaluating,motivatingandretainingteam to optimize their talent and maximize the efficient operation of the function.
