Within a multidisciplinary team organized by markets, you are responsible for Product Management to achieve the objectives defined by the market manager Aero Defense. Your role is transversal and aims to connect customer needs, our production unit, and our range of products and services.
In this context, your missions are structured around two axes :
Product Strategy and Innovation
- Develop a product strategy meeting the orientations and strategic targets defined by the market managers
- Study client applications, define product offer evolution according to technological trends and market needs
- Consolidate field feedback, consider client "pain points" in defining product positioning (USP, value-added for clients, price, etc.)
- Build and manage the product roadmap for different market instances
- Define specification needs with R&D for the extension or creation of ranges/products
- Construct the business case for new products, define the marketing offer for our commercial organization and production units
- Monitor product launches and optimize the performance of our offer (Quality-Cost-Delivery-Profitability)
- Manage product lifecycle, coordinate rationalization and standardization efforts, and participate in product or range withdrawal processes at end-of-life
- Conduct steering committees for the market
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to competitive intelligence monitoring and estimate market shares in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Participate in multidisciplinary working groups.
- Collaborate with specialized services for communication and training towards the sales network and clients.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of service and the division.
Mobility : occasional travel in France and internationally.
