DESIGNATION/ TITLE - Senior Sales Manager – Textile
REPORTING TO - Managing Director- India
LOCATION - Mumbai
JOB OBJECTIVE - Lead the textile sales function, drive revenue growth, manage customer relationships, guide the sales team, and achieve market‑share targets & are willing to travel extensively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Roles and Responsibilities:
The job encompasses but is not limited to the following Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop existing Customer relationships, sales leads, and projects.
- Create and implement a sales development plan for the relevant geographic area and generate new business.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team on a regular basis.
- Update all Sales activities in the Company CRM system in a timely and accurate manner
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned region.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, industry trends, and customer requirements.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication, support, and resolution of queries.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management review.
- Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and customer visits to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide product demonstrations and application support where required.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
12+ years of experience in Textile Sales (Weaving background preferred)
