About This Role
To Perform site technical support for Installation, testing, and commissiong of variuous product of overhead travelling cranes, including retrofit and modernization works, within the country coverage area.
Main Responsibilities
- To perform and support installation, testing, and commissioning of any customer order manage by site supervisor for various products of overhead cranes, including retrofit and modernization, and repair works.
- To perform and support site inspection
- To attend and support factory acceptance test.
- To coordinate with appointed sub-contractor related to installation and commissioning works.
- To coordinate with all internal stakeholders for the successful of delivering the customer order.
- To complete and provide proper electronic and/or printed documentation utilizing the established company tools (if applicable)
- To participate in development program to improve both hard skils and soft skills
- To complete service reports and other required and appropriate documents in a professional, accurate, neat and legible manner and submit same in a timely manner and in accordance with established guidelines
- To maintain all company issued equipment, vehicle and assets in a safe and proper working order. Operate tools, equipment and vehicles in a safe and responsible manner. Notify supervisor of any deficiencies for resolution
- To follow all established safety rules and procedures, including those established by the customer
- To be fully aware of and comply with current responsibilities and requirements of the relevant OHS Acts Regulations and applicable Health and Safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
- Report all hazards, incidents and injuries in accordance with legislation and company reporting procedures; - To participate in programs and assessments to improve health and safety in the workplace
- To execute all functions in line with the applicable delegation of authority
- To perform other duties as assigned
- Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
