As Sales Manager F/H/X, you will play a central role in accelerating Flexcityâs commercial expansion. You will lead and develop a cross border high-performing sales team, drive field execution and revenue, align sales operations and ensure operational excellence in our commercial processes.
Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, your role is structured around three main areas:
- Sales Team Leadership & Coaching (â50%)
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop high-performing sales representatives.
- Create a strong growth culture built on accountability, continuous feedback, and performance excellence.
- Set clear objectives, monitor individual and team KPIs, and ensure consistent capability development.
- Commercial Performance & âboots on the groundâ (â30%)
- Own the teamâs sales performance and revenue achievement.
- Personally support and lead complex negotiations with strategic accounts.
- Maintain a strong field presence across France, Belgium, and the Netherlands (key account visits, industry events, executive meetings).
- Contribute directly to closing high-impact, cross-border deals.
- Operational Sales Excellence (â20%)
- Ensure rigorous sales execution and reporting (pipeline reviews, deal inspection, forecasting accuracy, CRM hygiene).
- Implement and reinforce sales methodologies and frameworks.
- Align closely with Marketing, Portfolio, and Product teams to ensure seamless commercial execution and fast customer feedback loops.
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and performance management standards.
