Job Summary
Candidates will be based at customer locations to take care of daily activity and interaction with customers. His key activity will be to work with site team for chemical inventory, daily accurate chemical dosing as per system requirement, taking corrective action, submission of daily report to customer and organization and discussing same with customer, updating customer feedback to reporting manager on daily basis, preparation of daily report & meeting all KPI鈥檚. His performance will be evaluated based on customer retention, upselling at site and building strong technical relations with customers at site.
He/She must be willing to relocate and travel when required.
Essential Responsibilities / Expectations
Day today interaction with customers at site/making daily & monthly reports/ sharing inputs from site with technical team and implementing all technical suggestions for betterment of system.
Key Skills Required
Troubleshooting at site: Diagnose and resolve technical, mechanical, and chemical issues at site to ensure continued functionality and system reliability.
Customer Support: Provide technical assistance, guidance, and training to clients on chemical treatment and system operation with best practices.
Documentation: Accurately document all service, and daily/weekly and monthly reports related activities in detailed.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze equipment performance, implementing strategies to improve reliability and efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, technical staff, support function and technical team to resolve complex problems and enhance service quality.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all work complies with relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of chemical stock at site and share input for timely shipment to avoid any surprise
