Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of clients' commercial and contractual processes.
- Timely and accurate submission of invoices, including handling of L/C transactions and all related documentation.
- Ensure consistent achievement of DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) targets through proactive monitoring, timely collections, and effective stakeholder coordination
- Finalize reconciliations with clients at the earliest opportunity to secure revenue.
- Collect payments and ensure proper documentation and handover.
- Provide daily reporting of priorities and updates to management.
- Coordinate effectively with the sales team to resolve outstanding commercial issues.
- Communicate daily with all relevant stakeholders to keep them informed of current issues, progress, and pending actions.
- Proactively escalate challenges beyond your control to CCM or Management without delay.
