We are seeking a Digital Services Sales Support to assist in the expansion of our digital portfolio across the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Asia Pacific.
Main Responsibilities
- Sales Support & Digital Solutions Coordination
- Support Business Developer with proposals, technical documentation, and customer presentations
- Assist in projects, demos, and solution preparation for IoT systems and software
- Prepare configuration packages, device setups, and digital activation materials
- Customer Onboarding & Training
- Deliver onboarding sessions and technical training for Concremote, DokaXact, load/pressure sensors, MyMaterial Plus, Digital Engineering software, and other digital platforms
- Conduct training for customers, key users, engineers, and internal key users
- Technical Support & Customer Success
- Act as first-line technical contact for MEA/EAP
- Provide support via email, phone, remote connections, or site visits & Operational Support
- Visit sites for installations, device configuration, calibration, and monitoring checks
- Ensure smooth operation during concrete pours
- Record site feedback and escalate observations to DSS
- Product Development Feedback & Testing
- Provide structured feedback for improvements and new features
- Participate in beta testing for new sensors, updates, or platform releases
- Prepare case studies, technical notes, and marketing support materials
- Market Development & Digital Adoption
- Assist Digital Services Sales in identifying growth opportunities in MEA/EAP
- Support competitor studies, market research, and pricing updates
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and digital innovation events
