We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with technical background to join our team in Dubai, with a primary focus on external marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Sales, and closely work together with our Area Marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing external campaigns, managing social media presence, and supporting events to enhance our brand visibility and drive business growth in the construction industry.

Job Description
- Point of contact for external marketing topics (PR, social media, site branding, customer events, sales campaigns, etc.)
- General coordination with internal and external stakeholders to support content creation and publishing approvals for social media posts, project editorials, press releases, and website content
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop marketing strategies
- Preparation of design briefs for sales promotions, flyers, brochures, social media posts, etc. according to corporate design guidelines
- Publishing support to maintain and update sales and marketing collateral including flyers, brochures and presentations
- Planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns targeted at external audiences
- Organizing and coordinating client events, trade show and other promotional activities
- Maintain filing system of marketing collateral, address database and promotional items
- Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to provide insights that can inform the development of effective marketing strategies
- Work closely with other departments, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to external marketing efforts
- Monitoring and reporting on marketing metrics and campaign performance
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
- Obtaining approval from clients and relevant authorities for content publishing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines
- Liaising with legal and compliance teams to review content for accuracy and adherence to policies
