Job Description

Engineering lead of day-to-day business of team made up of Planning Engineers with different skill and experience levels
Plans the work schedule of assigned resources in coordination with overall capacities
Ensure team capacities are used effectively, taking competencies and availability as well as deadlines into account
Provide strong leadership for his team and actively promote knowledge sharing and engineering trainings for the development of the group
Motivate team members in achieving individual and group success goals by being a role model and a mentor
Implement formwork solutions as per project requirements and guides team members to value engineering
Create and conduct customer presentations and assist Sales in client technical meetings
Internally communicate and coordinate with other teams and departments
Ensure implementation of Doka engineering standards and work instructions
Personally handle key projects as Project engineer-in-charge
