You ensure smooth operational execution, accurate system data, and reliable communication with customers, warehouse teams, and transport partners. Your work directly supports on-time deliveries and high service quality across international projects.
Main Responsibilities:
Update and maintain accurate customer data in the system.
Handle warehouse and accounting documentation for active projects.
Coordinate international customer service activities for ongoing projects.
Plan transportation based on incoming orders and liaise with transport companies.
Communicate proactively with warehouse teams.
