The CTO will define the technical strategy and architecture for the Smart Metering Programme, ensuring all systemsâMeters, communications services, HES, MDMS, and IT componentsâare secure, scalable, and interoperable. The role provides strategic oversight to technical leads across delivery streams. Acting as a senior advisor, the CTO ensures technology decisions align with client objectives, programme constraints, and Talanâs innovation and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Define technical vision, architecture, and standards.
⢠Oversee technology roadmap and system interoperability.
⢠Ensure cybersecurity, scalability, and resilience across platforms.
