What You鈥檒l Do:
Welcome and assist visitors, candidates, and customers with professionalism and warmth.
Coordinate scheduling for interviews, company meetings, events, and executive travel
Deliver limited administrative support to the executive team and cross鈥慺unctional departments.
Support onboarding activities and assist with maintaining accurate HR documentation.
Prepare and distribute internal communications, including company鈥憌ide announcements and email updates.
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and events.
Manage front鈥慸esk communications, including email correspondence and general inquiries.
Help track and maintain compliance-related documentation and processes.
Foster a positive, collaborative, workplace culture.
