Assisting to carry out the development and implementation of HR System / Platform in line with Policies and Procedures.
Roles & Responsibilities
Work with Senior HRIS and assist for the identification and implementation of HR Platforms for the successful delivery of projects based on organisation needs.
Design HR dashboards for management update, prepare monthly MIS reports
Updating of Master data in the HR platform and other systems
Utilisation of HR platform standard functionalities across all modules
Ensuring that 100% testing of the system is conducted i.e. integration testing and user acceptance testing
Coordination and resolution of system issues with system users
Collaborate with IT department for system integrations and upgrades
Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, including user manuals and process guides
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS users
Assist in the configuration and customisation of HRIS modules
Participate in HRIS vendor management and liaison activities
Support HR analytics initiatives by extracting and analysing data from HRIS
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in HRIS operations
