This role is based in our Ari Hills Office.
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets through the sale of booth products, non-booth products, sponsorships, advertisements, and integrated packages.
- Generate new business leads through customer relationship development, cold calling, market research, and attendance at industry-related events.
- Develop sales plans to grow customer accounts through cross-selling, up-selling, and offering integrated packages.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their business strategies and needs.
- Account manage newly acquired customers through their first show cycle to ensure a positive experience and resolve issues as needed.
- Own the on-site re-booking process for both new and existing customers.
- Work closely with Exhibitor Marketing teams to develop attraction campaigns that drive business development opportunities.
- Liaise with Event Manager and Sales Operations teams regarding floor plan availability and high-value customer accounts.
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the brand, industry, and competitor events to enhance sales performance.
- Adopt and maintain the sales pipeline process using Salesforce (CRM system).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
