As a Staff Software Engineer at CyberArk, you will own and drive larger technical initiatives end-to-end, from shaping problem spaces to delivering scalable solutions that span teams and services. We are looking for engineers who work cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, customer success, and as required, directly with customers.
What you will do:
- Lead technical initiatives across Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), from problem discovery and design through implementation, rollout, and long-term ownership.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, translating ambiguous business and product problems into well-designed technical solutions.
- Drive delivery across multiple teams, coordinating dependencies, setting technical direction, and unblocking execution.
- Design, develop, and ship production systems that are scalable, reliable, and aligned with long-term architectural goals.
- Partner closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to influence roadmap decisions and ensure technical feasibility.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers across teams, multiplying impact through design reviews, code reviews, and informal coaching.
- Continuously improve engineering practices, including system architecture, tooling, and delivery processes.
- Represent engineering in cross-functional efforts, working with customer success, sales engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet real customer needs.
- Act as a technical point of accountability for complex initiatives, even without formal people-management responsibility.
