⢠Conduct and Evaluate weekly Ops new joiner and existing employee training
⢠Coordinate with Ops leaders in training delivery
⢠Facilitate Modul for Ops training (development)
⢠Report directly to L&D Manager for any Ops Training Activity (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)
⢠Assisting L&D Department for Non-Ops Training if needed
⢠Facilitate refreshment program if needed
