We are seeking a QA Engineer to integrate and refine testing methodologies developed by our worldwide engineering team. This role requires a strong understanding of automated testing frameworks, the ability to set up testing environments, and proficiency in scripting for test automation—especially for customer server platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Testing Approach & Tool Adoption:
Understand the testing methodologies and tools developed by the global QA team. Adapt and refine testing approaches to align with our platform and customer requirements.
Implement best practices for system validation and performance testing.
2. Test Environment Setup & Execution:
Establish robust test environments, ensuring proper integration with the platform. Configure hardware/software setups to replicate real-world usage scenarios for customers.
Validate platform performance, stability, and security under different conditions.
3. Automation & Scripting:
Develop automated test scripts for efficient platform validation and continuous integration.
Enhance test automation frameworks, reducing manual testing overhead. Optimize and maintain automation tools for hardware and software quality assurance.
4. Customer-Centric Testing Support:
Ensure test automation aligns with customer server environments. Collaborate with customers to identify quality metrics and improvement areas.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve testing-related issues on customer platforms.
5. Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work with development, QA, and system engineering teams worldwide to improve testing processes.
Participate in reviews, providing insights into test coverage and reliability.
Continuously refine testing strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
