As Spa Manager at LUURA, you are the heart of the wellness experience. You lead the spa with passion, professionalism, and care, ensuring every guest journey is seamless, inspiring, and memorable.
From spa treatments and guest experience to reception flow, gym operations, you build and oversee the full wellness environment. You guide, support, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service aligned with LUURAβs standards and brand values.
You are both operational and inspirational β present on the floor, hands-on when needed, and leading by example.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Wellness team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
- Ensure an outstanding guest experience from arrival to departure, creating seamless and memorable wellness journeys.
- Oversee daily Spa and Gym operations, ensuring smooth, efficient workflows across all areas.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, presentation, and professionalism throughout the facility.
- Drive revenue through guest-focused upselling of treatments, packages, memberships, and retail products.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and service quality, taking proactive action where needed.
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and team coordination to meet operational demands.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly, building strong and lasting guest relationships.
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management to ensure optimal supply levels.
- Ensure equipment maintenance and facility standards are consistently upheld.
- Collaborate closely with Hotel and F&B Operations to align wellness services with the overall guest experience.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, SOPs, and health & safety regulations.
- Develop and implement SOPs, systems, and departmental processes to support operational excellence.
- Deliver group classes or wellness sessions when required.
- Plan and curate guest wellness experiences, events, and activation programs.
