We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our Sales Digital team for a 4 to 6-month period. This role offers a unique opportunity to support regional commercial activities across ASEAN and India, focusing on digital listings, customer service management, and product launch coordination for leading power tool and DIY brands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial & Listings Management
- Assist in managing and auditing product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms and digital catalogs for all ASEAN countries and India.
- Ensure data accuracy and brand consistency across regional digital storefronts.
2. Regional Customer Service Coordination
- Support customer service management workflows specifically for the Malaysia (MY) and Singapore (SG) markets.
- Liaise with local teams to ensure service excellence and timely resolution of inquiries.
3. Market Intelligence & Pricing
- Conduct regular Competitor Price Reporting to monitor market trends.
- Analyze and compile pricing data to support regional strategic decision-making.
4. New Product Launch Support (Go-to-Market)
- Assist in the rollout of new product lines.
- Localization Project Management: Coordinate the localization of product manuals for specific markets (e.g., Indonesia). This includes:
- Identifying and extracting key text and technical images from English manuals.
- Coordinating with translation agencies for local language conversion.
- Collaborating with the content and design teams to finalize print-ready PDFs.
- Act as a bridge between internal content teams and external printing vendors to ensure launch timelines are met.
