Lead and execute the revenue strategy, developing and implementing commercial plans in partnership with the General Manager and commercial teams to drive sustainable revenue growth across all segments.
Take full accountability for achieving room revenue and profitability targets, including Budget, Forecast, RevPAR Index and market share performance.
Chair and lead the weekly revenue strategy meeting, aligning revenue, sales and marketing activity while ensuring decisions support operational delivery and profit optimisation.
Oversee forecasting, budgeting and ongoing performance analysis, delivering accurate weekly, monthly and annual reporting with clear insight into pace, segmentation, channel mix and market trends.
Optimise distribution and channel strategy, including OTA partnerships, pricing, inventory management and system configuration, ensuring alignment with group standards and commercial objectives.
Monitor competitor activity, market demand drivers and new developments, proactively adjusting pricing and strategy to maximise share across Mind Share, Market Share and Channel Share.
Support regional properties with revenue processes, systems and strategic guidance, ensuring consistency, capability development and commercial rigour across the portfolio.
