As Key Account Executive in the Sales team, your main objective will be to build and maintain lasting relationships withs clients by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs. Therefore, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Actively prospect a portfolio of potential clients
- Develop a portfolio of existing customers by selling new solutions and services
- Organize answers to tenders and write commercial proposals in close collaboration with internals departments
- Develop relationships with integrator/vendor partners
- Ensure sales profitability and achieve sales targets
- Develop good relationships within the retail industry, at the highest level
- Participate in client events or trade shows
- Assist marketing in the development of business cases or communications / customer stories
