We seek a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail landscape and a proven track record of managing and growing key accounts. As Sales Manager dedicated to Poland area, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing sales reports. The role covers the entire territory of Poland and may require occasional travel to client sites. Most travel is expected to be in the Warsaw area, with travel nationwide as needed.
Main duties:
- Achieve turnover and gross margin objectives on the assigned sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Architecting a comprehensive sales strategy
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Vusion鈥檚 solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Manager tenders, RFPs, and commercial proposals in close collaboration with internal departments (product managers, after-sales services, installations, deployment, etc.)
