The Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TA BP) partners closely with leaders across UP Education to attract and secure great talent. In this role, you鈥檒l lead end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of roles, shaping hiring strategies, building talent pipelines, and delivering an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers while championing recruitment best practice.
Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Recruitment Partnering: Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, provide expert recruitment advice, and implement effective sourcing strategies while promoting consistent, candidate-focused hiring practices.
Recruitment Delivery: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role scoping to offer and onboarding, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience while maintaining ATS accuracy, compliance, and recruitment standards.
Projects & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives that enhance recruitment processes, employer branding, and technology while driving continuous improvement and innovation in hiring practices.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions and ensuring recruitment activities align with business priorities.
Talent Pipelining: Proactively source and develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, particularly for hard-to-fill or critical roles.
