Job Function:
The Inside Sales Manager is a results-driven âPlayer/Coachâ that supports our growth and business transformation across multiple Industrial segments in North America (Canada, USA, and Mexico). The ideal candidate will excel in building, mentoring, and managing a high performing Inside Sales Team. In addition, this role will perform customer-facing activities throughout the full sales cycle, building strong customer relationships, and driving new revenue growth through proactive outreach and account management.

Head of Sales â Fluid Connectors Division, NA
Responsibilities and Objectives:
- Create, build, mentor, track teamâs KPIâs.
- Provide direction, and strategic focus consistent with the overall FCS business strategy.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities via phone, email, and CRM tools.
- Manage inbound inquiries, provide technical product information, and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs. Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, process orders, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, outside sales, technical support, and product management teams to create/understand value propositions and prospect and call target customers.
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay current on product offerings and industry trends.
