RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Business Analyst | Change and Transformation [GMU0009008]

• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and user acceptance testing.
• Map business processes and recommend improvements.
• Support implementation of enterprise applications (Ellucian Banner, Salesforce, etc.).
• Serve as liaison between ITS teams and University stakeholders.
