Define the system-level functions and technical requirements for core electrical components such as batteries, inverters, electric motors, and charging systems, and guide the direction of core technologies.
Take the lead in system architecture development, clarify cross-subsystem modular interfaces, and promote modular and scalable designs to support the product series strategy.
Be responsible for integrating the electrification system with the vehicle platform, coordinating cross-functional teams including mechanics, software, control, and manufacturing, to ensure system compatibility and efficient collaboration.
Serve as the technical leader for suppliers and engineering partners, coordinating with strategic procurement departments to ensure the quality, technical consistency, and compliance of deliverables.
Lead system-level verification and verification activities, including simulations, HIL, and physical tests, and closely collaborate with V&V engineers to advance test implementation.
Cooperate with compliance engineers to ensure the system complies with functional safety and related regulatory standards, familiar with ISO 14001 and 45001 standard requirements.
Participate in design cost control and cost/performance trade-off analysis, optimize system cost-effectiveness; maintain core system documents such as DFMEA and interface control documents to ensure traceability of requirements.
Coordinate with the product management department to ensure long-term product functionality consistency, regularly report project progress and deviations, and propose improvement suggestions.
