Primary objective:
Independently complete the design of high-voltage systems/equipment, ensuring product/project reliability, efficiency, and cost control, and achieve design implementation and technical support through cross-departmental collaboration.
Your key responsibilities:
- Responsible for drawing high-voltage system circuit diagrams and 3D layouts, and compiling high-voltage component technical specifications and design reports.
- Participate in the interface design and collaborative development of high-voltage related systems (BMS, TMS and motor inverters) to ensure system compatibility and matching.
- Participate in the development of safety strategies such as insulation protection, high-voltage interlocking (HVIL), overvoltage/overcurrent/leakage protection, and impulse power failure to ensure compliance with national and international safety standards.
- Participate in the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design of high-voltage systems and cooperate in completing EMC testing and rectification to meet relevant standard requirements.
- Participate in the development of high-voltage system test plans and specifications, and coordinate the execution of tests.
- Participate in the research on high-voltage system technologies.
- Lead the investigation and correction of related issues during high-voltage system testing, collect and analyse test data, optimize high-voltage system design parameters, and improve system efficiency and reliability.
- Track updates to relevant high-voltage system regulations and standards to ensure that design schemes and products always meet requirements, and support product certification (GB/T, CE) work.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.
- Awareness of ISO14001 &45001 standards.
