We are currently looking for an APAC Learning Coordinator who is enthusiastic about working in the Field Operation Development function. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying learning need, planning, organizing, and executing all training programs across the organization. This role ensures smooth coordination between trainers, participants, global L&D Team and internal stakeholders to support onboarding, role-based trainings, continuous learning initiatives & build world class learning facilities.
Your key role:
1. Learning need identification, Training Planning & Scheduling
⢠Managing learning management system and ad-hoc training process to identify learning need requested by field operative, planner, admin and service manager.
⢠Develop annual training calendars plan for APAC countries as per the learning request received in the system.
⢠Support to create class ID in LMS, schedule class for virtual, and face to face instructor led trainings ensuring availability of trainers, resources, and facilities.
⢠Maintain and update training plans and tracking dashboards.
2. Training Administration & Reporting
⢠Maintain accurate records of planned / completed training, and certifications in learning management system, power-app & power-bi report.
⢠Update power app & power-bi , dashboards, and monthly summaries for management review.
⢠Conduct country wise monthly training review along with local trainer and service manager.
⢠Monitoring monthly learning KPI as per global benchmark and support to APAC facilitators to achieve monthly learning target.
3. Coordination & support
⢠Manage end-to-end training logistics pertaining to regional training program: venue booking, MS Teams, materials preparation, equipment, and trainer requirements.
⢠Coordinate travel, accommodation, and reimbursements for trainers (if applicable).
⢠Ensure availability of training aids, tools, PPE, and technical equipment for practical sessions for regional training.
4. Communication & Stakeholder Management
⢠Send training nominations, invites, reminders, and pre-learning materials for regional training program.
⢠Liaise with trainers, SMEs, HR, HSE and managers for participant selection and support.
⢠Serve as primary contact for participants for all training-related queries & support.
5. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
⢠Collect feedback using MS Forms or other survey tools and compile insights.
⢠Support post-training evaluations.
⢠Identify improvement opportunities for content, delivery method, and logistics.
6. Regional Training Program Budget Support
⢠Coordinate with regional & local team for scheduling, quotations, and agreements.
⢠Assist in budget planning, tracking training expenses, and ensuring cost compliance & approvals as per DOA.
7. Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards
