Monitor the workload of the service department and ensure all open time slots are filled with sold work
Prepare and maintain detailed logs of all sales activities, business opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software
Conduct annual business reviews with key accounts and develop strategic account plans
Assist in the contract renewal process to ensure customer needs are met and opportunities are not lost
Collaborate with the service department to address customer-related issues promptly
Monitor customer credit status and assist in collection efforts when necessary
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
