About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven I&D Trainee to support our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting DEI programs in a multicultural business environment.
Position Overview
The I&D Trainee will work closely with global and regional DEI team to drive programs and initiatives that foster a more inclusive and equitable work environment.
Location: The role is open to candidates based in any country within the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in researching and analyzing DEI best practices and trends across the world
- Monitor and report on regulatory practices and updates related to DEI in all countries
- Support the development and promotion of DEI training programs tailored to Konecranes cultural nuances and aligned with global initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional People & Culture and Employee Resource Groups to identify and address diversity and inclusion gaps
- Help organize cultural celebration events, speaker series, and other DEI-focused activities
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling, note taking, and presentation preparation
- Gather feedback and data to measure the impact of DEI initiatives
- Support the creation of internal communications to promote DEI initiatives
- Support diversity initiatives as needed
