Your key responsibilities will include:
- Payroll calculation including salaries, sick leaves, vacations, compensation payments for shift schedules (including evening/night/weekend shifts) and hazardous working conditions (headcount 250+ employees).
- Calculation and payment of Personal Income Tax (PIT), Military Levy, and Unified Social Contribution (USC).
- Preparation of payroll registers and other payroll-related documentation.
- Payroll accounting and recording all payroll-related transactions in 1C 8.3.
- Preparation and submission of payroll and statistical reports (USC, 1鈥慏F, labor statistics reports), and reconciliation with the State Tax Service (STS), Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU), and other government authorities.
- Collection, consolidation, and transfer of data to actuaries for the calculation of future compensations related to preferential pensions.
- Calculation and accounting of vacation accrual reserves.
- Issuing income certificates and providing payroll-related consultations to employees.
- Participation in annual inventories and preparation of related documentation.
