The Regional Marketing and Communication Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the Regional Marketing team in driving marketing and communications initiatives, overseeing tasks across multiple countries within the Asia-Pacific Region. The primary focus will be on executing all marketing activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and enhancing marketing campaigns and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing and Communications:
- Support the Regional Marketing team in executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Assist in managing various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
- Work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager to execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels tailored to local markets.
- Manage the creation and distribution for both internal and external audiences, including newsletters, webcasts, and customer references.
Content Creation and Management:
- Assist in brainstorming ideas for innovative marketing campaigns and contribute to the creation of compelling brand messages to enhance brand awareness.
- Oversee regional marketing content across various platforms, encompassing website content, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters, while also conducting thorough proofreading of any content or copy provided by local marketers.
Design and Creativity:
- Offer support in basic graphic design tasks and video editing to enhance marketing collateral.
- Video taking and editing to ensure that all publications are align with company branding and goals
- Photo taking and editing to ensure visuals are align with company branding, goals and key messages.
Regional Oversight and Enquiry Management:
- Manage regional鈥檚 enquiry inbox by promptly acknowledging receipt and efficiently distributing all relevant emails to the appropriate individuals within same working day.
- Support the Regional Marketing team in various marketing-related tasks, such as developing promotional materials, preparing reports, organizing events, and any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
