Lead or support global compensation projects such as the annual Compensation Cycle, pay equity analysis, and incentive plan redesign.
In respect of the above, ensure excellence in design and delivery, including developing guidelines and participate in HR/management discussions and coordinate related communications. Lead allocated team resources efficiently and effectively (may include leadership of cross-functional teams)
Work closely with the Head of Compensation in developing, implementing, and evaluating company-wide compensation strategy, policies, programs and pay structures based on industry best practice to ensure Entain is competitive and compliant.
Partner with HR Business Partners and Resourcing to advise on offers and pay decisions.
Build strategic reward capability within Entain both within the Business and across the HR community by designing and /or delivering interventions and providing, advice and coaching to others
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Act as a subject matter expert on compensation-related queries and projects.
Conduct market analysis using salary surveys and benchmarking tools.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation.
Maintain internal controls, governance processes and ensure adherence to internal policies.
Create clear and effective communications
Play an active leadership role within the Reward CoE and across HR, including the coaching and mentoring of more junior staff.
Manage relationship with relevant vendors. Ensure effective vendor selection and vendor governance.
