As a Site Experience Executive, you will have experience with sport and online sports betting. You will understand how to manage a sportsbook that optimises requirements while creating a fun, enjoyable and trouble鈥慺ree experience for the customer.
Reporting into the Head of Sportsbook Content, the Site Experience team is accountable for the quality, accuracy and tactical positioning of the sports betting managed content for the Core UK Digital Brands on all platforms for Digital and Retail channels.
With localisation, segmentation, personalisation and cloning technology, you will ensure that the betting events and promotions we present on our sites are always relevant and engaging to the current audience and platform.
In short: getting the right content, in front of the right people, at the right time.
What you will do
- Proactively execute the Content Strategy by planning the display of betting, promotional and engagement content on Core UK Digital Brands' sportsbooks and in鈥憇tore SSBTs.
- Create detailed schedules to allow the Content Delivery Team to build betting modules, banner creative, navigation links and promotional pages for display.
- Monitor and assess the output of the Content Delivery team, reactively tailoring the content or requesting schedule changes as the dynamic nature of sports betting dictates.
- Track and react dynamically to key trends and metrics to prioritise available content, making data鈥慴ased decisions to feed back and implement changes to the Content Schedule and Strategy to optimise the customer journey, highlight up鈥憇ell opportunities and drive revenue.
- Plan and display individual instances of acquisition, retention and customer segment鈥憇pecific content; proofread, prioritise and position this content to align with press, CRM and the sports schedule.
