The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Learning Management System (LMS), Recruitment and Candidate Management (RCM & RMK), Workforce Analytics (WFA), Employee Central Time Tracking, and Succession Management (SP) & Career Development Planning and Mentoring (CDP), People Analytics: Reporting (PA) & Work Zone (WZ), EC,PMGM.
