What Youâll Be Doing:
- Respond quickly! Follow up on incoming leads within 24 hours and keep our CRM up to date.
- Talk to real customers: Qualify leads and set up meetings for our Account Executives (AEs).
- Join AE calls to smoothly hand over potential clients and learn the ropes.
- AI-focus: Research companies and find the right contacts using AI sales tools.
- Build the foundations: Learn to qualify leads using top methods like BANT and MEDDPICC â donât worry, weâll teach you!
- Give feedback and collaborate with our Marketing team to improve campaigns and results.
- Be an expert on Freshworks products and confidently explain their value.
- Track your progress & forecast your meetings and pipeline weekly.
- Prepare the stage: Support our team during events and help us find the right audience to invite.
